Computer Help Required

Any computer wizz's out there.

Problem is everytime I send an E.Mail it reaches the destination but my e.mail crashes causing me to log in again. Message appears that it will have to close down? Also it will not allow me to attach any files to an E.Mail.

If it helps i am with Yahoo mail

Thanks for that. Problem now resolved thanks to a nice man at NTL. Restored system back from April.
