Computer help please?

My computer never recognises when I plug speakers or headphones into it. I have gone into control panel to check audio level are up but it just say there is no audio devices. Anyone know how to fix this?

Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Manage Audio Devices > Right click and tick 'Show Disabled Devices'. If any new items appear such as your speakers or headphones then right click and select Enable.

If this doesn't work, then I'm not sure mate, sorry.
