Neither here nor there
People who write "here here" when agreeing with a thread. They mean "hear hear" unless they are perhaps calling the author to heel.

Also "most nicest", "most greatest", "most biggest" etc.

The thing that gets my goat is people using the word "so" in front of something, presumably to provide some form of emphasis, for example:

You are so not going to get a piece of my chocolate.

What the hell is all that about, too many shite American comedy programmes on our TV by my reckoning, people playing copy cat thinking that it is both funny and clever.
