Following on from dyslexia thread does anyone come across regular spoken or written anomalies i.e

Written : Would of (Would have)
Spoken : Percific (Specific)

Any more examples?

Yes:

"Dis" instead of "this". Big problem in some quarters. Bad enough when spoken, but I have seen it written!

So: being more percific. I would of thought its clear from dis thread that someone over their has no idea what your on about. Does that make them some kind of looser?

Or is it just me?

"tongue" always seems to flummox quite a few people. See louds of "tounges" for some reason.

buy-----bought bring----------brought how many times do you here it spoken the wrong way round?

also alan hansen insists on calling the goal as the goals. as far as i know there's only one each end making a single goal, but somehow a player seems to be able to hit the ball towards both goals at the same time according to the twat

My wife and her family says lots of stuff I find irritating

Chimley = chimney
Acrossed = across
Percific =specific
Architray = architrave
moulinoo = moulinex (although not sure on that one)

Loads of other stuff. I'm sure it's good enough grounds for divorce.
