Either way I can't see both CKR and McGhee being at the club in 3 months time.

If players want fan support the only way they can get it is by performances on the field, and CKR is not delivering. The only way the Albion will achieve anything this season is from a totally committed squad playing for the manager. Therefore, CKR needs to sort out his attitude and focus.

We then come to McGhee. The CKR situation is like Groundhog Day with Leon Knight. We go into a season with our leading forward disillusioned with the manager.

I assume McGhee planned for this season, and it would not be unreasonable to assume he'd hope for 15+ goals from his main striker, so dropping him in the first 2 matches is surprising. And if he doesn't fancy him then why not sell him over the summer to free up some cash?

Hmm. In the words of Gulls Eye - "nobody likes a snitch - except us!" Maybe it's just my hack instincts, but I think you should relax a bit and give us the spiel. It's hardly that secret, and it's not like you've got anyone to let down at the club. Hell, it might help if whatever the alleged problems are get out in the open. A bit more information would be infinitely more productive than allowing the speculation to get ever-more sloppy.

Agree with most of what you say Jam................if you had the win all over again would you have been dissapointed if the player that was chosen was Alex Revell?

I havew asked for more details to be made public.. but it's not my place to do it, and i'm not comfortable doing it. I'm sure in due course we'll get to know... i'm sure there's more to it than even i know.

Shame, but nothing surprises many anymore. I will wait to see how it plays out and pick the bones out of that.

All I can say is MM attitude to players is under scrutiny although I haven't seen much hard evidence (usually the player seems to be playing up) and CKR's attitude on the pitch hasn't always been great (but he seems to be a nice guy off it and it is being suggested there are problems between him and the club).

For all the MM doubters though (and i am not a die-hard MM fan) have we all not been questioning CKR's attitude for ages and making exceptions about his age ect...........is it not now he needs to prove he is learning and moving his career forward. We all realise he has the talent, as does MM, and i am sure the management would loathe to lose that talent, but the clubs best interest must be paramount and if (if it is the truth) the lad feels the need to move on then good luck to him

Because leon had served his purpose so some people thought he was fair game to hound (and he was a prick).

Coke boy has got an attitude equal to Leons in my opinion and half the talent.
