I'm not fussed about who playes in defence so long as tunny and Jimmy Mac are in.

QUOTE]

Tunnicliffe is one of the major problems in the defence in that he does many good things but they are all undone by his continual mistakes which invariably has cost us goals. 1 in each of the last 2 games.

I expect him to be 'rested' for a while and Virgo brought back in.

Can he really perform any worse than the current clowns are? :wozza:
I've got this fire right, I'd like to put it out but the only liquid available is this petrol. Can it really make it any worse?

I dont what makes anybody think that Colin Hawkins is the experienced defender we need . He has played less FL games than Elphick or Virgo and possibly even Tunnicliffe. If we were in the Irish League that would be a different matter.

Hawkins played in the LOI which is years ahead of the Irish League in standard (the Irish League =most of Northern Ireland, LOI = Republic + Derry).

And I expect him to end up back here come January. Also expecting Leon Knight any day now, just has to be inevitable :nono:

Sorry being an thick Englishman I tend to generalise on Irish leagues and do not differentiate between them.

On another point did you catch your ferry ok on Saturday.

The naming doesn't help, "Irish Premiership" for a league that contains the Northern Irish teams (minus Derry) is a bit of a misnomer.

And yeah, I did, managed to make it to the pillars on the A27 by 5pm. Parked the car up at midday as close as I could get away with and went back in to the city!

Anyone know what happened to 'The Hawk'?? I had a bizzare dream last night and he played the starring role.
