Can't really believe this.

The guy is the hardest working footballer i've seen in my entire life, I thought today things didn't really going his way but he was still chasing everything like a lunatic when we didn't have the ball.

And to suggest he missed on purpose? I think that's a ridiculous thing to say and a real slight against his professionalism. I think if he ever saw people saying that he'd have a right to be pretty insulted.

All the points that have already been made: he must have been knackered, he was well and cleverly watched by Posh and yes - perhaps his heart wasn't it it quite as much as usual. But I bet you that if he had been presented with an easy goal scoring opportunity he wouldn't have missed. He's far too professional for that.

This man is going to be a bloody legend at this football club, however did anyone else feel if he could have been somewhere else today, he would have been.

I don't blame him in the slightest, he is a bloody legend in Peterborough fans eyes, however he was clearly not interested in the slightest today.

Tiredness to a degree-but mainly as the OP has said...no blame here either,i say he could have put that header away if he wanted.

Unfortunately he won't get a break during the international window (although he has only been a sub of late for Scotland).
