So before he probably earned close to minimum wage yet he's shown in the series how important it is for a farm to have a good farm hand that knows how to use equipment, dangerous equipment that most of us wouldn't have a clue how to operate, along side some great animal husbandry, yet you begrudge him having a holiday a few miles away in Cornwall ?? Every farm needs a Kaleb and a Charlie but sadly most can't afford them.
Let’s not forget the importance of a good NFU Rep to support you….

Thoroughly enjoyed series 3. Sorry if this question has previously been asked but when did Jack Albion first appear as Caleb?

Finished season 3 last night. Wonderful stuff, and Gerald's toast at the end made me shed a tear

We watched the first 3 episodes of the new series last night. Entertaining and at times educational about modern day farming and the hardships independent farmers face. Too much of episode 3 looking at run down and closed pubs to buy. But, there is apparently a 'Clarkson Effect' according to Waitrose....https://www.thetimes.com/life-style/food-drink/article/clarksons-farm-british-produce-n3rjs5txw
