Just been on the news, apparantley he had a heart attack on saturday. R.I.P Chris

Very sad. His fall from that horse was apparently quite a minor one in that he'd dismounted but got his foot stuck in the stirrup and fell really awkwardly on his spine. Poor sod.

The good causes he put himself to before and after his accident were truly heroic.

This is very sad and a real shock. For Reeve to die so young, I never expected that. It is a shame that he was never able to walk again, I'm sure he eventually would've. RIP.

Very sad. I absolutely loved the Superman films, my dad would always take me to the cinema to see them as soon as they came out. I used to try to coax a little curl of hair onto my forehead to look a bit like my hero, but it never stayed there.

No it wasnt, he said he lost concentration and his horse refused a jump sending flying over it head first. His spinal column was completely severed.
