We need someone a little more prolific that him to succeed in this league, more in the mould of Adam le Fondre, Charlie Austin or Jason Roberts

Chris Wood IN.

20 years of age, scored goals for us before and now scoring goals regularly in the Championship with an inferior side. I think the guy has potential and depending on what Gus and the boys thought of him personally during his spell here before, I would have thought his name has been bandied around just once or twice. I don't doubt his availability and I think if we can get him in during the window, we should. We need a more established striker as well though in my opinion, but that can wait until the summer when we know which league we'll be in. Wood in january would be very shrewd business in my humble opinion.

Would be a good back up player who could make an impact - id say yes to him if the fee isnt too high although i suspect Millwall will want him to stay.

We don't like young talented players do we. He wouldn't stand a chance of meeting our fans ridiculously high standards for strikers.

Thunder Bolt

Silly old bat
I'd have him back, shouldn't have let him go IMHO.

How does that work? He was a loan player from West Brom and had to go back. Someone at the Fans Forum asked Gus if he had tried to get him back on loan and his answer was that he hadn't been given the opportunity.
