Meh. I love Chrissy Powell as a person, but we are bottom for a reason. This was always gonna happen. Duchalet asset-stripped Standard Liege initially and there were riots, now they are doing well and everyone loves him. The CP love-in at Charlton needed to be broken. I've pretty much given up with football anyway - it's a dull sport played by millionaires and watched by thugs - and I now follow the Brighton roller derby team instead. But good luck to Charlton and that, hope they stay up. And good luck to Powell too, he's still learning his trade and will come good soon. I'll be astonished if he isn't managing England in five or six years time, tbh.
