Albion defender Adam Chicksen is waiting to discover where his future lies.
Chicksen’s month on loan to League Two Leyton Orient ends with their home game today against Accrington.
The Seagulls are without left-back Gaetan Bong for 12 weeks due to a ruptured thigh tendon but boss Chris Hughton has not used Chicksen since his first match in charge in January.
Meanwhile, England under-21s keeper Christian Walton is set for another spell out on loan.
Portsmouth watched Walton during his recent return from a groin injury, which cut short a temporary move to Bury.
“He has settled really well back into the frame here. We will be looking to put him out on loan again, where and when, we don’t know at this time.
“There have been some enquiries but we are very happy to have him back.”
