Yeah goof points , yeah i thought they were a little goofy in all. Dont worry chelski will get thier comeuppance, abramovich didnt even know where chelsea was when he first came to england, and he will be extradited back to russia and charged with murder within 5 yrs, as i think that the will be a serious purge of the russian mafia in the next few years. Of course this is only opinion not fact, but as for chelski fans they are arrogant gobby two bit wankers and that is a fact.

I should dislike Chelsea, but I don't. I think its for 3 reasons, mainly:

1. Although they're buying loads of players, they are maintaining (and buying) some real young English talent as well. Joe Cole, Frank Lampard, Glenn Johnson, Wayne Bridge, John Terry - all these players are playing regularly in the Champions League now, and that can only be good for English football and the National team.

2. They don't seem to have the insufferable arrogance of Man U. There is a definate air of humility which eminates from Claudio Ranieri which has largely been passed down to the players. They seem to conduct themselves with more dignity and class on the pitch, and (from what I've seen) rarely seem to whinge at the ref a-la Man U players over any decision that goes against them.

3. Claudio Ranieri. The blokes a star. His interviews are always honest and entertaining as he grapples with his english (which he has clearly made a big effort at improving), and he just seems genuinly likeable.

Chelsea are a breath of fresh air this season, and I hope they wipe the floor with Man U un particular.

Chelsea FC represent all that I hate about football - money making the world go round!

I'll agree with you on that. I hate Chelsea, even more so now that they think they can just buy anyone they want, whenever they want.

What made Chelsea's result on Saturday all the more satisfying, is that Bolton have earned they're place in the Premiership through years of hard work and endeavour, they don't have bundles of cash to spend, and are the sort of club we should aspire to be like. Whereas Chelsea think they have this devine right to be considered one of the biggest clubs in the world.

f*** them!

Says who ? Maybe some of their fans, but I don't see their manager, players of chairman making any such claims. They seem to be pretty much getting on with the business of winning football matches - all the hype surrounding them just comes from the media, not the club itself.

I'd rather Chelseas sprinkling of young Englishmen had triumphed over Boltons clutch of on-loan foreigners any day.
