Relegation didn't stop some big spending by relegated teams in the past (West Ham and Nolan, Blackburn and Rhodes, etc) and now they get even mre from parachute payments the pair may still be targeted by Sunderland.

If the price is right. he'll sell. He is a businessman not an emotional person who would allow grudges to get in the way of business.
