Can't believe the physical tickets have arrived in relatively good time

I got an email saying I'd have to collect mine in person as part of the random ID checking thing, but then my ticket has arrived through the post anyway. I can't work out if that's incredible efficiency, or the opposite?

Pretty sure the tickets you have received now won't work so you will need to collect the replacements with your ID.

Mine arrived today having been posted on monday.
Strange thing though was i bought 2 tickets in the same transaction and they arrived in separate envelopes !

Really? I'm in the same boat and the email was a while ago. Seems like they had lots of time to not send out the ticket.

Replying to my own post, I got another email confirming that the first one was a mistake, and the physical ticket will work.

I think POTG is right. I got a ticket late (bought a week ago in the returns phase) last Tuesday and the pair I bought arrived yesterday.

I'd suggest a visit to the fun police is in order on Saturday.
