It appears the authorities have declared the event unsafe. Doesn't stop everyone turning up each year. Looks great fun in a 'you wouldn't get me doing it' sort of way. Interesting how, due to budget cutbacks, the BBC have chopped some major sports and settled on the Cheese Rolling Championships.
