Although I do initially agree with your statement to a point, are you telling me that if Ulloa or any other Albion player had done that,smashed in the penalty and actually won it for your team you would be calling him a f*****g cheat etc !!
And saying cheats never prosper ?
I think not !!!

Is it just me, or are unfairly won penalties saved/missed more frequently than legitimate ones?

No it seems like that and it is remarkable that most wrongly awarded penalties seem to be missed.
