Too much to list, but letter being written to CAFC and Albion about this i was fuming the way they treated people yesterday.

Sorry folks was a Chief Steward and head of security for years myself at a football club and these people should ALL be sacked.
I'm surprised they have the intellectual capacity to draw breath and stay upright.

The one thing I would complain about is a guy at a burger truck cooking burgers who constantly seemed to wipe his nose and play with blood on his fingers :/ Walked away from there pretty sharpish (this was at the one closest to toilets on right hand side of stand)

The Charlton stewards did an excellant job inmho, we all stood exactly where we wanted and made some noise ,shame we threw away another 2 points

i have to agree a bit with the op. nice enough people but the whole set up is wrong for 3 thousand odd fans, only 2 exits for the bottom teir one of which was blocked off at half time, leaving loads of us having to try to get out passed the burger/bar area next to the steps with people trying to go both ways. it was chaos. the old bill were not impressed either!

I apologise if my post sounded a bit OTT folks but i was so angry especially when i said to one of the stewards "are you going to do something about the block aisles mate as someone could end up getting seriously hurt
and his reply was and i quote " a ? what the f*** do want me to do about it " ??
So I saw a supervisor at half time told him what he said pointed him out and he laughed and said "and" go back in there with ya bum chums !!!

If i wasn't a fairly rational human being and had violent tendencies i would have smashed his teeth down his gullet, which i must admit i was very close too.
Then when we all bought a beer they said you cant stand here by the bar and drink it you have to walk up those steps and drink it there !!!
WTF ? sTEPS CHOCKA BLOCK WITH PEOPLE WALKING DOWN IT !!!
Then i saw them chucking a guy out 5/6 of them and getting fairly punchy with him which could well of ended up in a riot,
dont get me wrong if someones misbehaving fine show them out but not the way they did.
It then took us 10 minutes nearly to get back to our seats because the aisles were blocked because they oversold tickets !! ILLEGAL !!
Very very poor ignorant and arrogant stewards.
