Charlatans at the Dome last night

every time i go to see them i think they're gonna be a bit average and aren't really excited about it and every time i see them i thinkn they rock!!

Tubthumper and I were there, top gig.

And indeed plenty of 'Seagulls!' to be heard on departure.

It wasn't completely sold out, but an enthusiastic crowd - mostly committed to the band. Apart from a few sad types who moaned at people blocking their view/standing up/enjoying themselves or whatever, only to leave half way through. Which is a bit like some peoples moaning behaviour at Albion games. oh well.

I used to be a HUGE Charlatans fan but it all went wrong for them after the superb Up To Our Hips album, in my opinion. Now they are just clones of Exile On Main St period Rolling Stones.

Went to see Graham Coxon at the Concorde last night, have to say still undecided on him.

shot a band called the kaiser chiefs last nite in pompeyscum supporting the ordinary boys.

i have to say they are one of the best bands i have seen in YEARS. fecking excellent!!

I hate people who go to gigs and stand right in the middle of the dancefloor bit and cross their arms and just watch and then moan if someone jostles into them. I'm like well f*** off and stand somewhere else then you miserable BASTARD' and then they f*** off.
