I went on a tour of the Amex last week and the West stand concourse floor was now shiny and blue.

Cool. I know it's sad but I really want the walls leading out to the pitch to be painted blue.

After the game he was interviewed, 2 black eyes and busted nose after slipping over on blue Tarmac in front of west stand... I watched him do it at the game and saw interview afterwards so looks like probably did..

Have you sat it them? They are extremely uncomfortable, also explains why Gus was always sat back as it was impossible to sit forward in them.

Perhaps the Club and Gus have agreed an out court settlement with the chairs being the clincher.

Went on a tour of the Amex last Sunday and can confirm that the West lower concourse floor has been painted Blue.
Also Blue AstroTurf around the pitch and that the away dugout managers seat had been replaced.
Final note, everywhere seemed locked and was told it has been this way since Poogate.

Did they say if there are any plans to paint the other concourse

Quite a few players go over on their arse on that blue tarmac, I guess that's why they are covering it over.

Was partly the reason why we drew with Leeds in the first season imo when Barnes came a cropper in the corner and was then out of position

Looks like a gaming chair, hope he's not playing football manager, still if he can make Harley move he's done well.

Maybe it is - the more exciting the game the more the seat moves. If a goal goes in it does a 360 and in the away dug out if they score it acts as an ejector seat!

I put the question to the tour guide, and he said it was only going to be the West Lower for now.
However not being crude, he did not seem very clued up.

A couple of tweets have gone up. New seats in the dug out, and the astro turf is being extended to cover the blue bits. No more amex logos?
