With March barely half-way through, football ridiculously finished for the month on the 19th.
Albion are one of three unbeaten teams in the division, but it surely has to be good old Neil Warnock who scoops the Manager of the Month award. Their incredible run in March saw them beat promotion challengers Middlesbrough, Sheffield Wednesday
and Ipswich. Their perfect month was only scuppered when they could only draw against hapless Derby, although the game was notable for the Millers coming back from three down.
Not convinced of Warnock's claims yet? Well, he also got Leon Best scoring. The inappropriately named striker had gone 41 games without a goal before scoring twice late on in the Derby draw before, remarkably, following it up with the winner at Ipswich although the BBC notes he tried his best to **** it up: "a miscued finish from the unmarked Best."
