What sets Riverside Mike apart from the others, in my opinion, is that he didn't just make a diabolically bad decision but he firstly made a marginal decision (yellow card) and then got influenced by a player, who was committing a bookable offence by knocking the card out of his hand, and, finally, completely lost his composure. He was screaming "look at his leg, look at his leg" as he reached for the red card (in preference to picking the yellow up off the ground) and then hollering at Stephens "get off the pitch, get off the pitch".
