Nothing moved for about two hours round here at the moment - apparently some kind of chemical spill on Parliament Square - lots of Old Bill, bomb squad, firemen, helicopters - no news on whether it was a malicious attack or not

LBC News are saying the police do not think it's suspicious "at the moment".
