No offence taken by me....

I suppose it is very easy for me. I am not remotely interested in playing away so I am not ever going to be in a position where any lines, real or imaginary, might be crossed. For others who are open to the possibility, or single, they are then engaging with the game. And as you say, some minimal conversation will then be evaluated. And if you are 40-55 and not settled, it is likely to be quite important, a source of stress and depression. All the best.
