where do you buy your gear?

i want to get some borg elites but can't find any for less than about 70 squid

There is a shop in Eastbourne called Arcade. The guy who owns it, Lee, is a proper casual clothing fan so always stocks the odd bit of class among the more mainstream items.

they are classics
had the light blues and then the golds... the golds were made from kangaroo leather - bet the re-issues use cheaper material ...shame the brand went all snide and pikey and ended up in Sports Soccer and the Crystal Palace Club shop

bought my gold borg elites on e bay for 65 quid although they seem to be going up in price.
i buy quite alot on e bay. obviously beware the fakes , but that tends to be around the easy to fake polos. ie lyle and scott polos , i would say 95 % are fake, same with lacoste.
i have however picked up a one true saxon polo for 15 quid a fjallraven jumper for 20 and (dont laugh) a white velour fila settanta for 28 quid. all those i would say are at 30 percent of what youd pay in the shops.

yeah i paid 75 quid for my fila settanta in minky in town

got a nice (real) paul and shark shirt on ebay, but it was too small so had to flog it on.

have you noticed how much OTS has starting rating itself? a few years ago it was so much cheaper. it now prices itself similarly to lacoste, i.e. 100 odd quid for a jumper, shame.
