What the fcuk has sparrow scoring twice got to do with starting an up and coming youngster from the development squad

Because Sparrow and JFC play the same position so directly comparing them is fair enough. You pointed to Jake's performance against Saints as a reason to have him on the bench and the point was made Sparrow scored two goals and so maybe he should be on the bench instead.

I know he`s a mod, but your head is so far up his arse you could lick his teeth

Nothing to do with him being a mod Nutty. Thought it was a clever come back. Still carry on.

Bit like Buckley is always the first player subbed, or even dropped...Until that little run he had where he was roasting defenders for fun and scoring goals and made himself undroppable....Yes I know he has this mystery virus atm, but all to often it's Buckley on the bench or Buckley the first one subbed.

Are you suggesting Gus does not want promotion so that he can leave at the end of the season to an innevitable offer from a premier league team, using the excuse that he has out grown 2nd division Albion which is what he has always said would happen if the club does not grow to his expectations

I imagine GP considers his options before naming his squad

Seems to me the only thing he never considers is dropping/resting Barnes, Bridcutt, Navarro regardless of previous performance. This rule does not seem to apply to other squad members....And that is not a dig at Barnes or the other two, they just seem undroppable and don't always turn in performances that warrants that safety net.

I honestly believe the only possible way Gus Poyet will be manager of Brighton and Hove Albion next season, is if we are in the prem.

What we don`t have this season is 20 plus goal scorers, without them we will not get promoted or reach the play offs, how many has barnes scored in out field play

No, i'm convinced he wants promotion. But not at the expense of trying to show how much cleverer and smarter he is than every other bugger, when sometimes the obvious is stareing him in the face.

They play in the same position even though they both played in that game... and putting Sparrow on the bench would probably result in a points deduction...

This season they have been the least injury prone, not having had hamstring problems, and play exactly the way the manager tells them to play, so it's hardly surprising.

Sparrow is also out of the picture for the next couple of games due to his own stupidity which cost us 2 points on saturday

Not true as it is a very good possibility that they were going to score perhaps he stopped them scoring with his foul,so in fact earned us 1 point. Had they scored then and again when they did they would have won.

Bridcutt is the midfield meistro, Barnes scores almost every other game and makes goals and stops attacks. Right there is enough to warrant inclusion.
I can't see your point at all.

Navarro is dropable, clearly. He's just playing well.

How often have the Albion been fourth in the Championship with 7 matches to go. I can only presume you think it is a piece of piss to get players who are capable of getting 20+ a season in this division, though no doubt with your UEFA coaching qualifications and seeing the players train every day you know more about the squad than the rest of us.
