Oh, it's a London gang now is it? 20 years ago that story was said about a New York gang. So many people believed it that for years nobody flashed you if you had no lights on. Many are still scared totoday. This urban myth was even put into the film "Urban Legend". A great film by the way from 3 or 4 years ago. If you get the chance see it.
