Car servicing advice

I own a 6 year old Clio which is due for MOT + Service end of month. Its got about 80k on the clock and has been Renault dealer serviced and stamped up till now. Is it really worth the dealer stamp vs the cost on a car that im hoping to keep for at least another couple of years. My thinking is that at that stage as long as I can prove its been serviced properly then anyone looking at buying wont be that bothered.


Your thoughts? Im a bit out of touch as always had company cars and a shit heap that lasted a year !

If you take it to a reputable garage they'll stamp your book anyway - I have a new car but I refuse to pay the service charge - my garage stamps the book - its still covered under warranty as long as its a garage that uses Citroen parts!
