Thanks insider for the partial reply. If reverse access is required to the gangways, that makes sense. But suggest you tell the stewards why they are doing it so they can advise the fans when they ask. Instead, they just smile and say they don`t know. My other question remains. Why has the sign for Mill Rd p & r been removed from the bus park so people are no longer sure where to queue?

I'm not in charge of the stewards, so not really my place to tell them anything! I can pass on your suggestion to our operations team however.

I don't think the sign was removed, I think it was knocked over.
