Just a thought people heading down south after the game, couldn't you get train from Victoria to lewes then change at Lewes to Brighton

I have a dilemma. I have 1178 points, and my partner has 1108, but she really wants to come to the Spurs match.

The ticketing site says:
"Supporters wishing to sit together should order together during the purchase window of the member with the lowest points. However no guarantee can be given as to the availability of tickets if season-ticket holders with higher loyalty points decide to do this."

So, do I wait for the second window, so that we can get two together, and risk them all selling out at the first window, ending up with nowt? (and hopefully, just ignore seat numbers -- is this possible in the away end at WHL?)
Or do I just get mine in the first window, and then hers separately (if they're still available).

Presumably the club knows, from the numbers with different points levels, that it won't sell out at the first window, because it also says:
"Only those purchasing during the first on sale window with 1150 loyalty points or more are guaranteed to be able to purchase a ticket. All other on-sale dates are subject to availability."

So, if I leave it, and get online immediately the second window opens, we should be fine? Is that right?
It'd be really helpful if the club gave information on the numbers of fans with different levels of loyalty points.

I read it as implying that about 4,100 have 1150+ LP, as they talk about "guaranteeing" a ticket if you do and if you book in the first tranche. Obviously, they're not expecting all fans with the requisite LP to buy a ticket, so I'd say that there will be some available for at least the second tranche.

You`ll be fine. 4100 tickets is a lot for a midweek cup game.

Yes that's what I'm hoping, because they also go on about supporters wanting to sit together should buy tickets together, which sort of implies that WHL will enforce people sitting in numbered seats.

I just have the word "loyalty" next to my name, that's it, no number.

I can se mine now on the pc, must just be a phone thing. 1361. No idea if this is right, but I ended last season on a lot and have only missed two away this season so I guess it's about right.

Does anyone know where the friends/family linked accounts bit is on the ticketuing website - i may need to add someone so we can sit together?

Thanks

The only place I've seen it is where you progress through a ticket purchase and then assign the tickets to your F&F. My suggestion to you would be to go through a dummy ticket purchase for any home game and then add your people as part of that. Obviously, do not complete the purchase unless you actually need to.

Why have they moved over to this new website when it's only half-finished ???
Could they not have kept using the old one until the new one was finished, tested and working ???

last night I could see how many points I had, today I can't. Have they made the font larger so it doesn't fir?

also.

Is there any way of viewing your F&F loyalty points to see when I can get tickets for sitting together?

I'm pretty sure the only way to find out is for them to log in and tell you
