Can you get refunds on tickets?

I purchased tickets for Reading game but can't go now. Can I return tickets to the club for a full refund?

I doubt it. Why should the club refund your money?

If you book cinema tickets and then can't go that's your problem, not the cinema's. They have completed their part of the contract by providing you with the tickets.

If there are special reasons then the club might be prepared to help but it's a straight forward business transaction. They offered a sale which you bought. You'd only be entitled to a refund if there was something wrong with the product you bought.

I rang up the club to get a refund on my Millwall tickets last season and they did it over the phone, the money was refunded immediately and the points were taken off within a day or two.

Correct me if i`m wrong but i think the club policy at withdean was if you return the tickets and the club can actualy resell them then you get a refund if they don`t sell them then no refund ,may still be the same call the ticket office.
