Which Leonard Cohen song speaks most accurately about YOUR life?
I'm prefer LC's later songs to his early ones (though "That's no way to say goodbye" and "Famous Blue Raincoat" are exceptional).

But the answer to the above question is probably Ain't no cure for love.

No mention of Jefferson Airplane and the gorgeous and talented Grace Slick. Arthur Lee's Love anyone?

Any of you remember the budget priced "Rock machine turns you on"? A CBS sampler I seem to remember and one of the most rewarding albums I bought as most of the stuff on it was excellent.

I'll Be Your Baby Tonight - Bob Dylan
Can't Be So Bad - Moby Grape
Fresh Garbage - Spirit
I Won't Leave My Wooden Wife for You, Sugar - The United States of America
Time of The Season - The Zombies
Turn on a Friend - Peanut Butter Conspiracy
Sisters of Mercy - Leonard Cohen
My Days are Numbered - Blood, Sweat & Tears
Dolphins Smile - Byrds
Scarborough Fair / Canticle - Simon & Garfunkel
Statesboro Blues - Taj Mahal
Killing Floor - The Electric Flag
Nobody's Got Any Money in the Summer - Roy Harper
Come Away Melinda - Tim Rose
Flames - Elmer Gantry's Velvet Opera

You're right, NMH, there were always women who were really interested in longhairs. But lay off the Caths, my first girlfriend was a Cathy.

The top bird in our school year was a Kathy, but I'm referring to the 'Caff' and 'Shaz' types who were trendies and all talked the same. They probably all worked in typing mills and swore like hookers.
