I wanted to raise the issue of some of the economic frailties being encountered by the emerging markets in Eastern Europe and how this is posing problems for the Pharmaceutical industry in their attempts to enforce and align HR structures key to business strategy.Using external benchmarking and driving competence internally i think this needs to be addressed.
