Coke gave us £250k to spend on players and players wages.
So far we have have paid down £55k up front for CKR.
We must of used it to pay some of his wages

I dont think it is possible we have spent £250k on him, so that means there is a large chunk of the winnings left unspent

The money is won so the fans club can spend it all on players and their wages, and as we havent, and the rest of it goes in our "black hole," is it possible coca cola can say we didnt agree to our end of the agreement?

That money had to be spent, or at least earmarked to Coca-Cola's satisfaction by the end of August that year.

I don't know the exact way it worked, but I would imagine the club did not receive that £250,000 as a lump sum. I would guess all of the Albion's dealings with CKR (his transfer fee, his signing-on fee, his salary etc) would have come from Coca-Cola up to the value of £250,000.

At least, if I was Coca-Cola, that would be the way I would have done it.
