I'd say because we have four potential first choice midfielders out would be a sensible answer although surely Jones is worth a start in midfield ahead of Mayo

can we at least try? well if u were there u would have seen us try very hard in the first half. we just lost confidence when we conceeded, and mayo and hinselwood both played better than nicolas so i wouldnt make them scapegoats.
