This incompetent lot? I had an issue with my ST which I wont go into here, was told Tuesday everything was fine get to the ground Friday card didnt work and my seat sold to someone else. All got was a sorry by some moron who seemed to struggle to use a computer.

All because we failed to gain promotion, we are no longer required to have Premier League ready staff.

Whether you agree with Paul Barber or not he is absolutely first class at communication, no one would be better, he always responds to e mails in swift time and looks into issues. To be fair this cock up is not really his remit is it ? Sure he needs to be aware as CEO but it should not be down to him to make sure the tickets are in order, there are other people employed to do that. However I am sure you will get a reply as the bloke is very reliable
