this threads a bit creepy isn't it.

other than that, you could fill him with plaster pariche thingy and then make a fossil out of him. leave him on brighton beach and the fossil hunters can have a tasty surprise :D

As the area manager for City Clean, the refuse collection agents for Brighton and Hove City Council, I have to inform you that all our operatives will tomorrow, be checking every recycling bin we collect.
If we come across any bin bags, they will be checked for contents, and if you late deceased dog is found, then you will be liable for a £250-00 fine and the case will be passed onto the RSPCA, for a possible prosicution.

Following on from earlier post if you find any bagged up birds it's not me as (a) I didn't bag it (b) I don't live in the Brighton area.

Good luck getting your operatives to check for dead dogs. That'll be an interesting team briefing.

I put a load of McDonalds wrappers over the top of the bag so good luck with that. It's only a dog for gods sake. Wish I hadn't asked.

Can just see it.
85 year old grandmother. Loved by everyone. Wanders out to recycle her newspapers. Pops open her bin and......BINGO! There's a plastic bag in there that doesnt belong.

So she hauls it out and opens it to check what's inside and there's Lucky (smelling a trifle by now because of the double bagging). Granny has a massive heart attack brought on by the shock. Hubby comes out and sees what happened and he too keels over with a massive coronary infarction.
Six kids and fourteen grandchildren (not to mention the great grandkids, nephews, nieces etc ....) are left bereft.

And all to save our man the expense of a proper doggy faewell.

Whoever said "life's a bitch" sure as hell got that right. :nono:

My other half came home from work with a story that reminds me of this:

She went to see an old lady patient of hers who was very upset.

Basically. this old ladys dog died and not knowing what to do with it, went to take it to the pet cemetary. this lady couldnt drive and didnt want to get a taxi, so decided to take it on the bus. not know how to transport it, she put it inside of a suit case and took it that way.

As she was getting off the bus, some guy offered to help her out with it and asked if she would like help in getting the suitcase off as it looked quite heavy. the guy said "oh do you mind me asking whats in here as its very heavy and you shouldnt be transporting this". she was a bit shocked and never knew what to say. so turned around and said "oh my grandsons a dj and he left his things at my house the other day".
At which point the guy took the suitcase off and ran down the road with it.

i kind of feel sorry for both people to be honest, the woman for losing her beloved dog and the robber who came accross this dead dog thinking it was dj equipment.

had me in tears for hours as i couldnt stop laughing
That is so funny, I love it.

Good move. The smell of the Big Mac will mask the fetid odour of the decaying dog corpse.

We threw our cat in the bin when it suddenly died fairly recently, as it was £50 to get it cremated.

We said farewell and all that, but at the end of the day it's only a bloody animal, most of us eat animals.
