Can I book a presentation yet? White AMS scheme member - conflicting reports

Hello,

I phoned the office today and requested a presentation.

Am a white away scheme member since its inception. Haven't received a letter. although I have moved in the last three months.

The lad said I wasn't entitled to a presentation and had to wait until they went on general sale.

This contradicts others who have booked their presentation and are white away members.

Please advise! Would like to book the appointment ASAP and pay for the ticket outright......just need to clarify when / how I can book the apointment.
