Can anyone recommend a good building firm?

I have a shop in Brighton and may be looking to convert the upper floor to a self contained flat.

This will involve carpentry, plastering, electrics, plumbing, heating, and dealing with Building Control (fire regs / sound insulation etc). The firm must be fully insured.

Its a long time since I lost most of my contacts in Brighton, so can anyone make any recommendations.
