Most likely fixtures but what the hell...

Can anybody seriously say that he should have ever considered being a League Two player? League One is surely the bare minimum for a player of his quality.

No he didn't. At the shirt sponsors dinner I sat next to him and he said he had been there on trial for a week when he first came over. He also stated categorically that if he had been forced to stay for a second week he would have killed himself.

Gillingham were in League One at the time.

So why did he state on the Albion website today that he did? Why bother making up a lie about it now?

I conducted the interview with Calderon and his exact words were: "One person, Gustavo Poyet. He called me exactly the same day I was going to sign with Gillingham." However I don't doubt what The Merry Prankster is saying so maybe it was lost in translation.

And who can blame him? All those abandoned white goods, Burned out cars & ugly ugly people.
I've always thought if the world were to suffer some sort of armageddon it would come to resemble Gillingham!
