Isn't Blackpool's ground now 3/4 re-built...? Surely that wouldn't have anything to do with him fancying a move there would it.. Ground/future/ground/future....?

Nah...:dunce:

It's still pretty small though.

True, but to argue that this guy is similar to a serial bankrupt merchant like Chas Majeed is a bit fanciful.

We will only see this tested once we see what muscle Blackpool show in the transfer market over the next season. It's not a good sign for us if they are sniffing around Burgess.

Why so? If they were really that well off they would be after the likes of Parkin?

The standard is not really well off, the standard is having more money than us :)

I'd be happy with either. Is Parkin any better than Burgess for our requirements?

Oooh, just seen this on a Hull forum as well:

http://boards.footymad.net/mboard/fmb.php?tno=297&fid=148&sty=1&act=1&mid=2136024420

at training today BBB suggested that the club didn't want him anymore.
When asked about a possible move to Brighton, BBB replied "well they don't want me here"
He drove away a long time before any of the other players even though he took part in the full session.
read into this what you will
