Well he was never going to go on loan was he, That was blatantly obvious. Chance he may come here if they land a striker.

Why waste time chasing the 'elusive' striker who's never gonna come. Just accept we have what we have and we'll just have to try the options we've got in Jakey, Gatting, Hart, and Revell (and possibly CKR if he and MM patch up their differences).

First we go after decent but difficult targets in Burgess, Dichio, Parkin etc - now we're bidding for league 2 players most of us have never heard of.

I firmly believe the squad we have is good enough to stay up this season and I'd rather not see us waste money we havent got on another relative unknown (we don't need another Turienzo).
