That'll be reassuring for the people from 'his' home town who can no longer afford to live within thirty miles of the place :tosser:

I watched it and thought that it was pretty good, focussing on three developments and highlighting the fact that the city was built on schemes that were themselves considered radical. Love the look of all three, particularly the Gehry builidings on the site of the King Alfred, will be a stunning addition to the skyline. What planet was that woman who he met at Hove town hall from, bet she belongs to the flat earth society, also liked his banana analogy...how about this one - LDC, let down constituents!

Hove Town Hall itself is a monstrosity!

Lest we forget the old, original Hove Town Hall

I like the idea of all three of the developments featured, although from a purely personal point of view, I don't much like those funny looking towers planned for the King Alfred site. Still, I live at the other end of town so pah!

I live nearby and will be going past it every day. When I heard there wasn't going to be a cinema as part of the redevelopment I lost interest. Just as long as they don't block the road I don't care.
