[Misc] BT issuues with parental controls.

I have been getting this message on my computer when using ie11 & Firefox.
My parental controls are off and always have been, secondly there are no kids about for its use.
Numerous calls to BT's ''tech guys'' in India come to nothing, only being bounced about from one person to another.
I have tried resetting my Homehub 5, clearing stored data on both browsers etc.............nothing.
Have any of you NSC's had this issue?
Any ideas before I go mad

Have you changed the DNS settings on your PC, e.g. to try access a different countries Netflix?

That's a secondary issue to BT having parental controls turned on when they shouldn't be, but is the most likely cause here.
