Not Luton! Thank God
Maybe they were part of the poll?

Oo, I could learn something here - what wouldn't they be able to do if we weren't in the EU? Does not being in the EU badly effect Switzerland's ability to trade in Europe?

The Swiss position isn't one that has come about overnight. It's taken decades for them to get to this positio and Switzerland is a relatively small economy that doesn't pose a big threat to others. The reality is that we wouldn't be able to organise a free trade agreement with the EU as France and Germany would block it, much the same as when France blocked our entry into the common market in the first. Our products and services would face tariffs and barriers that would hurt UK companies competitivness.

the reality is the UK one of the world largest economies and one of the largest export markets for Germany and France. you think they wouldnt have any interest at all in negotiating a free trade agreement, when we are net importers from them? besides, right now our businesses face regulations and taxes that make them uncompetitive with the rest of the world. and I heard this morning that 85% of businesses beleive we should renegotiate - of course they do because they want to lower the costs of business. tariffs are not the only fruit.
