The fact is,more and more people in this country of ours are getting increasingly fed up with this government and all the human rights groups bowing down to the minorities,I can count myself amongst them if I'm honest.

The country is having it's National Pride ripped out of it.Nowadays if you dare to fly the flag of St George you are automatically labelled a racist by the left wing sheep who seem to spend most of their time trying to stop us from doing things that MIGHT offend the minorities when in reality the minorities couldn't give a flying fig.

I can see how more and more people are swaying towards the BNP,they want us to regain our pride in our country and until the mainstream politicians grow some balls and realise what's going on the BNP will gain more and more support.

That's the reality of it like it or not.

That's quite frankly bollocks (unless you believe what you read in the Daily Mail)

I went through an estate in South London at the time of World Cup and saw a St' Georges cross flying from almost every window.

I didn't witness race riots either.

I have sitting next to me now, a toy lion with an England top on and I havent got the slighest problem with it.

I'm proud to fly the flag, the ONLY reason some people have a problem was because it was nicked by the BNP !

That's what's really makes me laugh.

Their supporters claim that you can't fly it... well they've been flying it for years

Not in my experience it's not.

In fact, I would say totally the reverse. I would say that people are veering away from BRITISH nationalism and towards ENGLISH patriotism. Look at the England games - hardly any Union Flags, all St George flags.

Personally, I am delighted that I feel I can finally celebrate St George's Day without feeling any pangs of guilt from the PC brigade who tut-tut and brand me a racist, when in fact they are talking from a slanted, narrow-minded point of view. The BNP have claimed the Union Flag for their own, and they can have it. To me, it means very little - or at least hardly anything as much as the St George flag.

The BNP do NOT stand for British pride. They stand for WHITE pride - a BIG, BIG difference.

2.My mother in law lives up north and they have been told NOT to fly the St Georges flag ( this is obviously going to be regarded as bollocks though)

Not entirely sure about the the 'largely safe' part sometimes, but the general gist of the post hits the nail squarely on the head for me.

I accept the comment from algie, if you speak to the director of M15 she will probably tell you that there are a large number of people present in Britain who would like to commit terrorist acts and murder hundreds of innocent people. However in the grand scheme of things it is far safer here than many countries around the World, for that we should be grateful.
