try me then, how can you disagree with a jury of your peers who had the full facts and found him NOT guilty and still say he was inciting racial hatred, or are you almighty and your word is law?

No such thing as 'Innocent of the charge'. He was found 'Not Guilty'. Watch the clip and you'll see he is inciting racial hatred. For whatever reason, the Crown didn't persuade the jury.

No fool made here. All you've done here is tried to score and cheap point and failed. I was merely challenging the point Chez made that it was it can't be argued against the fact that because it was a 'Not Guilty' verdict that it represents a waste of time and money. Can you honestly say a jury has NEVER been nobbled? And I did say it was 'highly unlikely'. I myself am discounting it as a probablity, but that doesn't automatically follow that 'Not Guilty' verdicts are always a waste of effort.

Of course I can understand that there are people out there who can follow and understand how our justice system works. What a silly point to try and make.

It was a waste of time and money because it was obvious to nearly all (God it pisses you off that he got off doesn`t it) that there was no case to answer.
............................................................................. and you fall into the trap all the pc brigade make you do not actually listen to the initial point........................................ British justice is ok.

That's my point - they're my peers. They have an opinion, so do I.

The majority of the case rested on TV footage. Footage we all saw. And from what we saw, he was inciting hatred. As to how or why they say Not Guilty is up to them, so ask them. Whatever else was in the case, it doesn't take away his behaviour from what we did see.

Algie, what are your views on Tax and privatisation ?

.. and how the state should deal with crimes such as violence, theft and handling stolen goods.

What i will say is that i want Britain to pull out of Europe and for us to set our own laws.I would scrap the human rights act.Close the borders as this country is full.Bring back the death penalty for treason, murder and Terrorism. We now have DNA to prove cases beyond reasonable doubt.Raise national insurance contributions by 1%.Does this make me a racist?

Cool -so explain your previous post to me. I live in a part of London that has a large Muslim (Turkish/Cypriot/Kurdish) population and I am also part Jewish but much as I dislike Islamists I do not actually think the bulk of Muslims are either getting one over on me or are plotting to slay me in my bed.

Exactly. My sisters boyfriend is black and they bare one child together. He shares my views but because he is black he isn't classed as a racist by the pc lot

Apologies then if you are not pc. You need to rant about something though to convince me now.

It would appear that a number of posters believe that the Rule of Law should apply, but only when it meets their line of thinking.
I have no idea who the man is, but if he got off on a technicality, he is Not Guilty, but also Not Innocent, howevere if the evidence as ppresented, does not support the charge, then he is Not Guilty and innocent.

My faith in British justice has been restored momentarily as it was quite clear from the start that Nick Griffin was innocent of the charges brought and I find it incredulous that this case was brought to court and in doing so wasted a fortune in tax payers money.
Spot on.
