Consider this.

If we win and they lose there will be a 6 point gap between us and Watford, and we will have a game in hand. Win that game and it's a 3 point gap. With 11 games remaining.

It helps us too provided we win and Palace draw means we are closer to the other teams and there is more chance of a playoff place.

I don't know. But it would look more possible if Watford lost tonight, Palace draw and we win. That's what make's Poyet's decision to rest Ulloa even more bizzare. Have we had a chance yet Bridcutt is fantastic at what he does, but we are so much more negative when he plays.
