On a train...
Brizzle have now sold all of their allotted tickets. Let's hope we can do the same!

They're also requesting more tickets. Not exactely an expensive trip out for them though is it?

For me - £50 train, £40 ticket, £50 2 nights B&B = £140!!! + drinks

We won't sell out.

I'm not sure what they can do about giving more tickets to Brizz, as being £24 ones - I'd imagine they'd be above/below seats Albion fans have already bought. And that's not going to work very well, is it?

I guess there may be a few block unallocated so far seeing as 33,000 x2 is 66,000 they may manage to get an extra block or sometihng but it'll only be another 1000 or so.

we MUST sell our allocation.

tell your friends, neighbours, anyone who has a slight interest in football to get a ticket.

The thing I fear now is City fans will start to buy our remaining tkts!

Ok the stadium holds 74,500, the Wurzels have sold 32,000 we have sold 27,000 with my basic state school maths I make that 59,000.

Leaving 15,500 unsold tickets, we are not going to sell out we will probably end up selling about 29,000 I estimate. Not sure about segregation or complimentries but they will surely get another 5,000 tickets if they need them, they are going to outnumber us by around 10,000 by the looks of it.

The stadium capacity for football is, I believe, 70,500 and Brizzle had an allocation of 34,000. There will be several thousand reserved for liggers and hangers-on. I doubt if Bristol would get any more.

We havent got 7000 left, the website report saying that is datede 23rd May!!

Southern FM have reprted 3k left, which Im sure well be able to sell at least 2k of those. well have 30k there.

There must be about 10-15 k of complimentaries and hospitality, of which Bristol may get some of if unsold.

Sorry to be picky, but we sold 33'850 or something like that. So 34'000 rounded up. I expect we'd manage to sell up to about 38-39 thousand tops (going on last year)

I expect the league would probably give us another 1'500 or so though.

As for the outsinging comment - be more worried about the fecking horns all the kiddies buy. Seriously ruins the whole atmosphere and there is feck all you can do about it

Pick all you want, still works out you outnumber us by 10,000 ish. Which is about what I expected as has been said elsewhere if the stadium was 35 mins away from us I would expect it to be a reversed situation.

All that red at one end and blue at another should be a cracking atmos despite the horns.

Phone the stadium. Let them know there is an Al-Queada plot to smuggle explosives in inside a load of horns.

See how many of them get let in!!!

Having fewer fans in the stadium didn't do Notts County any harm in 1991 did it?

I think the maximum extra City can request is 1500 (don't know where I heard that, but it rings a bell for some reason).

The other seats in the stadium are allocated to prawn sandwich munching cronies of the FA, as well as sponsors and their guests.

Agree about the horns TomF, when they all get going (along with giant foam hands) it's like watching a repeat of Gladiators.:nono:

"City, you will go on my first whistle. Brighton, you will go on my second whistle. On your marks...."

I suppose given our crappy excuse for a stadium, we should just be grateful for any kind of crowd.:lolol:

If we've got 3,000 left with a full 5 days before the match, I'd expect us to just about sell out.

What was our allocation? According to the BC official site, both sides were allocated 33,800 tickets. I thought we only got 31,000 because of the smaller capacity of the North Stand.

Can someone 'in the know' please find out how many tickets we ACTUALLY have left to end all this speculation!
