micky was wrong to re-sign kerry and harty, but the smart move would have been to keep guy for another year. even now, his experience would help shore up a defence that is looking very shaky. Hawkins is OK but nothing more, Lynch has gone, and Elphick seems to be going backwards. They need Guy to bring back some stability, concentration and positional sense.

i'd agree, even if he didnt play week in week out, his coaching input for the current squad would have been welcome
